Scheduling and Organizing
‒ Arrange appointments for the manager.
‒ Maintain scheduling and event calendar of the manager.
‒ Compile draft memos and letters as directed by the manager.
‒ Prepare and distribute documents as directed.
‒ Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence.
‒ Ensure all relevant data and information is up to date and well organized at all times.
‒ Follow up with clients when required.
