The Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Preparing Proposals for Clients.
- Preparing and filing Contracts for Clients.
- Preparing Monthly Management Reports and PowerPoint Presentations.
- Preparing Minutes of Meeting and sending the Documents to the Concerned Persons.
- Following-up with Regional Sales Team for Weekly Reports.
- Following-up with Customers regarding the Status of Pending Proposals.
- Following-up with the Sales Department for submitting Monthly Invoices.
- Following-up with other Departments for Departmental requirement.
- Advanced Sales and Customer Service skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with Clients and Staff Members.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent Vrbal and Written Communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related Field.
- A minimum of 1 year similar experience.
