Job descriptionJob Purpose:
The position is responsible for conducting sales of products/services. The responsibilities range from developing proposal, negotiations, client satisfaction as well as new relationship building.
Key Responsibility :
Research & Planning
‒ Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
‒ Develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
‒ Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as required.
‒ Develop annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales team and management.
‒ Develop plan to ensure continual growth in market share.
‒ Engage in business development activities in accordance with the sales and marketing strategy.
‒ Manage all aspects of print & digital content production, receipt and distribution.
‒ Develop all marketing presentations/collaterals.
‒ Develop and implement a companywide plan to push product, working with all departments for execution.
‒ Design print ads and publications ensuring brand messages are consistent.
‒ Deliver all marketing activity within the allocated budget.
‒ Attend relevant exhibits and events for the purpose of marketing company products/services.
‒ Market products and services in the right market (B2B or B2C).
‒ Attain test certificates for imported materials.
‒ Obtain approval for products with project consultants.
‒ Train sales personnel for effective performance.
Product Design & Placement
‒ Work in collaboration with the HOD to design Product placement strategy in order to maximize probability of satisfying sales targets.
Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience :
‒ Associates degree in Business Management or Marketing/Sales
With 2-3 years relevant experience
