- Conducting orientations for new joiners
- Time keeping of employees attendances to support monthly payroll processing
- Tracking employees vacation requests through the system
- Provide/share company’s polices and procedures to employees
- Provide HR reports and statistics to upper management
- Provide guidance to all employees and candidates regarding any concerns
