Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Administration and support of JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2

1. Troubleshooting, debugging, and day-to-day support of production, prototype, and development environments

2. Troubleshooting application and interface issues with 3rd party systems

3. Maintain E1 object security and UDO security

4. Manager user roles security and user role relationships

5. Disaster recovery analysis and support

Management of all aspects of the E1 system configuration

1. Monitor and optimize system performance

2. Manage User Defined Objects (UDO's) and User Defined Codes (UDC's)

3. Design and maintain task views

4. Install, upgrade, and maintain web services utilizing WebLogic and WebSphere

Management of Software Development Life Cycle through Object Management Workbench (OMW)

1. Administer the package life cycle - builds, ESU's and tools deployments

2. Administer orchestrator & UX One

3. Build, configure, and manager BSSV and AIS Server instances

4. Manage Object Change Management (OCM)

5. Maintain system audit and SoD management in E1

6. Manage change control and audit reporting

7. Create new environments and refresh data sets

8. Make recommendations for system improvements

9. Develop system automation where applicable

10. Work directly with the end users to identify and define opportunities to streamline business solutions

11. Provide support to internal business analysts

Requirements and Qualifications

10+ years of CNC experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

5+ years of Data Base Experience (SQL Server)

BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
