RECRUITMENT:
· Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
· Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
· Source candidates by using databases, social media, and Agents (local and international)
· Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
TRAINING:
· Map out annual training plans for management, HR, customer support and other employees
· Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
· Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
· Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
