Purpose of the job
Plan and perform daily task related to Equipments: check daily shift hand over report and perform task related to machine on daily basis, task related to machine Includes corrective /preventive and breakdown Maintenance. Daily follow check list and make sure all Equipments running as per OEM standards. Daily check and perform task related to facility Maintenance. Hands on experience in electrical cable/wiring /motor winding inspection. Thought knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits.

Key Accountabilities:-

1. Work scheduling
Schedule the work for maintenance inspections and repairs and set priorities. Give daily scheduled work report to supervisor.

2. Hands on experience in electrical wiring:-
Must perform task associated to electrical wiring/panel installation and electrical troubleshooting. Maintain best practices and avoid risk must encountered during performing task related to electrical things.

3. Daily check-up
Ensure daily checkup of all refrigeration for operational fitness.

4. Spare parts and materials
ensure the keeping and monitoring of the required stock levels of spare parts and materials, using the inventory control system, to ensure balance between availability and cost. Avoid waste in usage of spare parts and gases/lubricants.

5. Equipment and drawings
Maintain and replace (when necessary) the maintenance tools and equipment, record technical drawings and assist in commissioning of new equipment.

6. Safety, Health, Environment & Quality
Ensure the work is done according to the procedures and instructions for safety, health, environment and quality, in order to keep up with the company standards.

7. Training
Ensure to take participation in trainings time to time, back to basic (B2B) training and SFDA/HACCP etc. Make sure all maintenance carry out as per food safety norms.

8. Cost control
Monitor and control the cost for maintenance & repair , according to procedures and budgets.

9. Administration and reporting
Keep the records and logs for repair/preventive maintenance, note down utility consumption daily reading.
