Kay Responsbility Area & Activities
‒ Communicate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
‒ Identify and approach new opportunities that can help meet sales goals.
‒ Receive, log & forward complaints for resolution to relevant party.
‒ Prepare monthly complaint summary report for management review.
Review & Authorization
‒ Review Customer Credit History and take necessary action if required.
‒ Review proposals and make adequate amendments if required.
‒ Review the quotation according to the project costing and finalize it.
‒ Review business development and sales plans and develop strategies for establishing New Business.
‒ Establish and maintain relationship with potential clients by regular visiting to identify sales opportunities.
‒ Coordinate and assist other functions of company when required.
‒ Develop sales targets for sales supervisors based on department objectives for sales and profitability.
‒ Monitor the performance of Sales team member to ensure all required responsibilities are being successfully executed; providing internal training as required.

‒ Expand business opportunities by identifying prospects, developing relationships and recommending solutions.
