‒ Guide all visitors and customers to the waiting area or meeting room as required.
‒ Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.

‒ Assist in planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
‒ Monitor and maintain adequate inventory relevant to reception area and office supplies.
‒ Provide work processing and clerical support to management.
‒ Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
‒ Maintain the reception area tidy and clean at all times.
