‒ Arrange appointments for the manager.
‒ Maintain scheduling and event calendar of the manager.
‒ Attend meetings and record minutes of meeting when requested.
‒ Compile draft memos and letters as directed by the manager.
‒ Prepare and distribute documents as directed.
‒ Assist with Data Management & Reporting.
‒ Ensure all relevant data and information is up to date and well organized at all times.
