المهارات المطلوبة
  1. Coordinates recording and filing of information about company personnel such as promotions, wage scales, absences, and terminations.

  2. Compiles reports of absences, accession rates, salaries, and other matters of interest to company management.

  3. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.

  4. Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.

  5. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.

  6. Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.

  7. Prepares composite reports from individual reports of subordinates.

  8. Works on human resources system regard personnel affairs.

  9. Conducts GOSI procedures.

English Language

1- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
2- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
3- Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

1- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
2- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.


Reasoning Ability

1- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
2- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
